This is Vince from Sham Wow. He has a friend with him called Camera Guy. Vince sells cloth, …he doesn’t know, it sells itself. Vince is here because he’s one of the people Arcturo thinks is insane. Animals have a sense for these things. Personally I think Vince is a nice guy, he’s probably just doing this to support an expensive wife’s credit card addiction.
